Liz graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Exercise and Fitness.  She strives to influence the general public about how important exercise is to their health and dispersing the belief that it is just for athletes.

Liz has a drive to always help others, she encourages her clients to try new things and push harder with every workout.  Being fit to her is more of a lifestyle than just a passing phase.  It is important to her to find out what works for each individual to keep them motivated.  Personal training is just that, it is personal.  Liz makes every effort to work with clients, friends and family to influence an all-around healthy and active lifestyle.  Everyone, no matter what age, shape or size can feel better about themselves with a good workout.  She gets that message out to others through representing UFIT at various health fairs and outreach opportunities.

UWO Kinesiology Student Personal Trainer

At Ufit since 2023

Andrew is currently attending the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Science. He will graduate in the winter of 2023 and after plans to attend physical therapy school. Becoming a physical therapist is his dream job and loves the similarities it has to personal training.

Andrew believes exercise has the power to heal. He wants to help people feel better through exercise whether that be mentally or physically. He likes to make sure everyone has a great workout and is always thinking of ways to implement what he learns in the classroom to the personal training experience. He likes to add his own personal touch to workouts from trivia questions to interesting exercises.
